Plan Profiling is a family-run flame cutting specialist business that has been flame cutting suppliers of profiled steel components for over 46 years, using the oxygen-propane flame cutting process. Our specialist flame cutting machinery is CNC controlled, maximising accuracy and efficiency throughout the flame cutting process.

Components can be chosen from the parts library and nested to provide the best usage of plate material, and large volumes of components can be produced quickly on our multi-head machines. We can also accept designs directly from customers own CAD, minimising drawing errors, and streamlining the production process.

Our Flame Cutting Services

 

We operate two PC-based CNC flame-cutting machines, with 3 and 4 cutting heads. The multiple cutting heads facilitate rapid cutting of large batches of components.
