Oxygen/propane flame-cutting using CNC controlled multi-head cutting machines, DNC linked to PC-based CAD/CAM.
We offer volume production with high accuracy and low variation.
We can accept
designs in .dxf format from disk or by email, therefore reducing design
errors and time.
Small components are tumble deburred and we can also surface grind items
to improve finish quality and achieve accurate thickness.
